Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a Manager-In-Training for a full-time role with benefits. The MIT will participate in a comprehensive training program under the Store Manager and learn to manage, direct, and supervise daily store operations.

You will maintain a courteous environment for customers and teammates, with on-the-job training provided before advancing to a Store Manager position. Benefits include a 90-day increase, referral bonus, health coverage, 401K, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Supervisor, lead or assistant manager in a retail or fast food environment.
• Ability to coach, train and develop your team to advance their careers.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid, infractions-free Driver's License.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to provide proof of authorization to work in the United States if hired.
• Flexible to work varying shifts, including overnight shifts and holidays.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 20 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes of workday.
• Ability to occasionally push and pull with arms up to 20 pounds (e.g., hand-truck).
• Ability to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials, and/or place or remove signage.
• Some locations may require working in small spaces due to store layout.

Responsibilities

• The Manager-In-Training will complete a training program under supervision of the Store Manager and learn to manage, direct and supervise daily operations.
• Maintain a pleasant and courteous environment for customers and team members according to United Pacific goals, policies, and procedures.
• All MITs receive on-the-job training before transitioning into a Store Manager role.
