Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a Manager-In-Training to join our retail leadership program. This full-time role includes on-the-job training under the Store Manager and District Manager, with a path to Store Manager.

MIT will learn to manage daily store operations, lead a team, and deliver strong customer service in a fast-paced environment; benefits include health insurance, 401K, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Supervisor, lead or assistant manager in a retail or fast food environment.
• Ability to coach, train and develop your team to the next level.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• HS diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid, infraction-free Driver's License.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Must provide work authorization in the United States if hired.
• Flexible to work varying shifts, including overnight shifts and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete training under supervision of Store Manager and District Manager.
• Learn to manage, direct and supervise daily store operations.
• Maintain a pleasant and courteous environment for customers and team members.
• Receive on-the-job training before transitioning into a Store Manager role.
