United Pacific is seeking a Manager-In-Training to join the team in California. The MIT will complete an extensive training program under the Store Manager, learning to oversee daily operations and lead the staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a supervisor, lead or assistant manager in retail/fast food.
• Ability to coach, train and develop your team to the next level.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid, infraction-free driver’s license.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Must provide work authorization in the United States if hired.
• Flexible to work varying shifts, including overnights and holidays.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 20–30 pounds as needed.
• Occasionally climb a ladder or move materials as required.

Responsibilities

• MIT will complete a training program under supervision of the Store Manager and learn to manage daily store operations.
• Associate will help direct and supervise daily store activities and staff.
• Maintain a pleasant and courteous environment for customers and team members in line with United Pacific policies.
