Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a Manager-In-Training (MIT) in Missouri. This full-time role offers benefits and a structured training path under supervision of the Store Manager.

The program focuses on learning to manage daily store operations, customer service, and team leadership with the goal of advancing to a Store Manager position. Candidates should have 5+ years in supervisory roles, be able to coach and develop staff, and meet the age and work authorization requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Supervisor, lead or assistant manager in a retail or fast food environment.
• Ability to coach, train and develop your team to advance.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• English communication skills required, both written and spoken.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• MIT will complete a training program under supervision of Store Manager and learn to manage daily store operations.
• Transition into Store Manager role after on-the-job training and development.
• Follow company policies, procedures and goals in daily operations.
