Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a Manager-In-Training to join a retail store team in a full-time role. The MIT will complete a structured training program under the Store Manager, learning to manage daily operations, supervise staff, and deliver a courteous customer experience aligned with company goals.

All MITs receive on-the-job training before transitioning into a Store Manager role, with benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401K plan, tuition reimbursement, and a 90-day

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Supervisor, lead or assistant manager in a retail or fast food environment.
• Ability to coach, train and develop your team to the next level.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Valid and infraction-free driver's license.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Authorized to work in the United States if hired.
• Flexible to work varying shifts, including overnights and holidays.
• Able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lifting up to 20 pounds; pushing/pulling up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations under supervision of Store Manager.
• Direct and supervise store staff and customer interactions.
