Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a Manager-In-Training to join our team in a full-time role with benefits. The MIT will complete a training program under the Store Manager and will learn to manage, direct, and supervise daily store operations, while maintaining a courteous environment for customers and staff.

All MITs receive on-the-job training before transitioning to a Store Manager role, with opportunities for advancement and competitive benefits as part of the program.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a supervisor, lead or assistant manager in retail or fast food.
• Ability to coach, train and develop your team toward career growth.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• HS diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Valid and infraction-free driver's license required.
• Effective communication in English, written and spoken.
• Proof of legal work authorization in the United States required.
• Flexible to work varying shifts, including overnight and holidays.
• Ability to stand/walk for at least 8 hours.
• Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds and light climbing as needed.
