Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a Manager-In-Training in Saint Charles, MO for a full-time position with benefits. The MIT will complete a structured training program under the Store Manager and District Manager, learning to manage daily store operations while maintaining customer and team satisfaction.

This role requires 5+ years in supervision/lead roles in retail or fast food, strong coaching ability, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a supervisor, lead or assistant manager in retail/fast food.
• Ability to coach, train and develop team members to advance their careers.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have valid, clean driver's license.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written.
• Must be able to work rotating shifts, including overnights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• MIT will complete the training program under supervision of Store Manager.
• Learn to manage, direct and supervise daily store operations.
• Maintain a pleasant and courteous environment for customers and team members.
