Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Store Manager in Training (SMIT) to develop into a CVS Store Manager. The program spans 16 weeks with self-paced, collaborative training, including virtual and hands-on experiences.

You will work with District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach to grow leadership skills and prepare for promotion. The role includes participation in learning experiences and performing store responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's Degree is required/strongly preferred.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with your leader in Key Learning Experiences to support your path to promotion.
• Support your store as a management team member and lead consistent with CVS values and policies.
• Engage colleagues in support of the company’s purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
• Be willing to accept promotion roles within the designated market.
