You will work with a District Leader, HR partner, and Store Manager coach to build leadership skills and demonstrate CVS values daily. The program emphasizes customer service, merchandising execution, inventory control, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• College degree is preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and follow CVS policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with your District Leader and Store Manager coach to develop leadership skills and accelerate growth.
• Support store operations as a management team member and lead in line with CVS values.
• Engage with colleagues to support the company's purpose of helping people on their path to better health and readiness for promotion.
