Job summary

val's services is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to oversee daily operations, staffing, training, inventory, merchandising, and customer service to drive sales and store performance.

You will recruit and train team, conduct performance reviews, manage opening and closing, ensure safety compliance, analyze sales data, maintain stock accuracy, and keep a clean, welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret documents, perform math calculations, and handle cash procedures.
• Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and safety protocols.
• Experience in recruiting, training, and managing staff, with legal compliance awareness.
• Preferred high school diploma; management experience in retail is advantageous.
• Bilingual skills may be preferred in certain locations.
