Job summary

Tharp Consulting is seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day store activities, supervise staff, and ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will lead recruiting, training, inventory control, merchandising, safety compliance, and performance reviews, while analyzing sales data to identify improvement opportunities and maintain a safe, welcoming store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Management or supervisory experience in retail is advantageous.
• Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising and safety policies.
• Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret manuals, perform math calculations, and handle cash procedures.
