Job summary

RoShay Services in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Store Manager responsible for operating the store, recruiting and training staff, and conducting performance evaluations to ensure efficient execution of ordering, stocking, merchandising, and customer service.

You will oversee opening/closing, inventory, financials, shrink control, and compliance with company policies while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail management experience is a plus.
• Experience in recruiting, hiring, and legal compliance in retail management preferred.
