Job summary

Role Overview

Responsible for managing all store employees and ensuring effective execution of store processes, including ordering, stocking, presentation, sales, staffing, and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, train, evaluate, and retain qualified staff while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Communicate performance, safety, and conduct expectations; conduct performance reviews and address gaps.
• Manage store operations by opening and closing as scheduled, analyzing financial statements, controlling inventory, and maintaining merchandise presentation.
• Ensure excellent customer service, a clean, safe environment, and adherence to security and cash handling procedures.
• Complete required documentation and follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to interpret documents, perform mathematical calculations, and handle cash procedures.
• Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and safety practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred high school diploma and management experience in retail.
