Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, train, and evaluate employees, ensuring proper staffing and compliance with labor laws.
• Conduct performance reviews, address gaps, and recommend pay and advancement opportunities.
• Manage store opening and closing, monitor sales, profitability, and expenses through operating statements.
• Order merchandise to meet stock targets, oversee inventory management, and ensure proper presentation and pricing.
• Maintain accurate inventory, control damages, markdowns, and cash handling procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensure store cleanliness and safety, and adhere to company policies.
• Complete required documentation and support staff development and compliance initiatives.
