Job summary

val's services is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to ensure effective execution of ordering, stocking, merchandising, and customer service.

You will lead a team, ensure compliance with policies and laws, manage inventory, analyze performance, and maintain a safe shopping environment across locations.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to interpret documents and perform basic math.
• Knowledge of inventory, merchandising, and safety practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience in recruiting, coaching and legal compliance preferred.
• Organizational skills and problem-solving ability are important.
• Bilingual Spanish speakers are preferred at some locations.
