Job summary

Tharp Consulting is seeking a Store Operations Manager to oversee staffing, training, inventory control, merchandising, customer service and adherence to policies and safety procedures.

You will recruit and develop staff, manage daily opening/closing, monitor sales trends, control expenses, and ensure a safe, welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret documents, perform math calculations, and handle cash procedures.
• Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and safety practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience in retail management, hiring, and employee development preferred.
• Physical ability for frequent standing and lifting up to 40-55 pounds.
