Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations at a Panda Express store in the Philadelphia area. You will lead a team, drive guest satisfaction, and manage financial results while upholding Panda standards.

We provide an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare you for success, along with mentorship and ongoing development within a family-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes openings, closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, directing associates and ensuring financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and manage staff while maintaining standards and profitability.
• Drive a culture of safety, quality, and support for the Panda community.
