Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store in the local area. You will hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and provide exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare you for success in a fast-paced environment and support from our Panda community focused on your development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings and closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and drive store success.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
