Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team at Panda Express. You will supervise the operation of a single store, hire and manage associates, and strive to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an 8+ week store leadership training program and ongoing mentorship through the Panda community to support your success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee daily store activities to ensure quality, safety and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and participate in leadership training programs to develop staff and store performance.
