Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead the operation of a single Panda Express store. You will hire, coach and direct associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will oversee all daily activities and ensure compliance with company standards. We offer an eight+ week Store Leadership Training Program, mentorship, and support from our Panda community to develop your professional and personal growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Relocation flexibility: within 50 miles of home.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of operations of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Oversee daily activities to ensure compliance with company standards and quality controls.
