We provide an 8+ week leadership training program and ongoing mentorship to support your growth within a family-owned restaurant concept that is expanding nationwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
