Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store in the community. You will hire, train, and direct associates to meet financial goals while ensuring outstanding guest service in a fast-paced environment.

We offer an extended leadership training program of eight weeks or more to prepare you for success, plus ongoing mentorship within a supportive Panda community focused on your development and career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety certification: Serve Safe preferred/required as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store and drive financial results.
• Hire, train, and supervise associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead store activities and ensure adherence to brand standards and policies.
• Coordinate an eight-plus week leadership training program to develop readiness.
