We provide an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program, mentorship, and a supportive Panda community designed to develop your professional and personal growth. Flexibility to work openings, closes, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to relocate within 50 miles of the store location.
• Available for a flexible schedule including openings, close, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified or equivalent food safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, train, and supervise associates to meet financial goals and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Lead scheduling, open/close coverage, and manage daily store performance.
• Uphold safety standards and company policies while coaching team members.
