Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location. You will hire, coach and direct associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing and managing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Lead and supervise staff to ensure store performance and customer satisfaction.
Participate in the 8+ weeks of store leadership training program to prepare for success.
Support a fast-paced, guest-focused service environment.
