Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings/closing, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
