Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store in the local area. You will hire, supervise, and direct associates to achieve financial targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an 8+ week leadership training program paid to prepare you for success, plus mentorship and supportive Panda community resources to help you grow professionally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
