Job summary

You will report to the Area/District Manager, hire and develop staff, ensure SOP compliance, and maintain a vibrant, high‑energy store environment that delivers exceptional results.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management experience in retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Wamiliarity with store operations, merchandising, and labor management.
• Ability to relocate or manage multiple stores as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a store team including ASM, shift leads and sales associates.
• Uphold Miniso mission, values, and customer experience standards.
• Drive sales, service, merchandising and operational efficiency.
• Promote membership program to build customer loyalty and retention.
• Oversee hiring, training and performance development.
• Manage cash handling and adherence to SOPs; maintain safety.
• Collaborate with HR and Area Manager on staffing and issues.
