Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail management.

• Willingness to relocate or manage additional stores and travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic store team including assistants and sales associates.
• Uphold Miniso mission and core values in all actions.
• Ensure seamless store execution, customer service, merchandising, and operations.
• Promote store membership program to boost loyalty and sales.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff with performance feedback.
• Drive profitability through sales strategies and expense control.
• Manage cash handling and ensure SOP adherence; maintain a clean, safe store.
• Coordinate with Area/District Manager and HR on performance and relations.
