Job summary

MINISO USA in Los Angeles seeks a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver a world-class shopping experience. You will drive sales, optimize operations, and promote the membership program while maintaining high standards of service and store presentation.

You will recruit and develop staff, ensure adherence to SOPs, manage inventory and cash handling, and collaborate with the Area Manager and HR to support employee growth and store profitability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate or manage multiple stores.
• Ability to travel between locations.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team, including ASM, Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Meet sales goals through training, motivation, and coaching.
• Promote store membership program and foster customer loyalty.
• Ensure outstanding customer service, merchandising standards, and SOP adherence.
• Oversee store operations, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Coordinate with Area Manager and HR regarding employee performance.
