Job summary

MINISO USA in California is seeking a Store Manager responsible for delivering a vibrant, world-class shopping experience. You will lead a team from the front, drive sales, manage labor, optimize inventory, and promote the membership program to foster loyalty.

You will report to the Area/District Manager, hire and develop staff, ensure store standards, handle cash and SOPs, and travel between locations as required. A high school diploma and retail management experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in retail management leading teams.
• Willingness to relocate and travel between locations.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team including the Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads, and Sales Associates.
• Promote and drive engagement with the store’s membership program.
• Manage labor, inventory, and store profitability.
• Drive sales performance and deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and adherence to SOPs.
