Job summary

Miniso is seeking a Store Manager in California to lead a vibrant team and deliver a world-class customer experience. You will drive daily operations, sales, and store standards from the front lines, while promoting the membership program and maintaining a positive store atmosphere.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, manage schedules and inventories, and ensure a safe, clean environment. Relocation and travel between locations may be required to support growth and store coverage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail management
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
• Ability to relocate or manage additional stores as needed
• Strong leadership, organizational and customer management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic store team including Assistant Manager and sales staff

• Deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales performance
• Oversee labor, inventory, merchandising, and store operations
