Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Store Manager to lead a vibrant team and deliver a world-class customer experience. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive sales, manage labor and inventory, and promote the store membership program while maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, enforcing company policies, and ensuring store profitability. A proven track record in retail leadership and flexibility to work evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proven successful experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership, organizational and customer management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to relocate or manage additional stores based on business needs.
• Ability to travel between locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic store team including Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Promote MINISO mission and core values in all aspects of the role.
• Ensure exceptional customer service, merchandising standards and operational procedures.
• Drive sales performance and manage labor costs and inventory.
• Promote and enroll customers in the store's membership program.
• Recruit, train and retain top talent and develop career paths for staff.
• Oversee store profitability and ensure safe, clean store environment.
• Collaborate with HR and Area/District Manager on staff performance and relations.
