Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic store team reporting to the Area/District Manager.
• Promote and uphold the Miniso mission and values in all actions.
• Ensure seamless store execution: service, merchandising, procedures, sales.
• Drive membership program engagement to boost loyalty and sales.
• Oversee operations and performance; develop store employees.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and evaluating.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent with career paths.
• Maintain store standards and profitability through effective strategies.
• Manage cash handling and ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Coordinate with HR on performance and relations.
• Handle scheduling, cleanliness, and organization.
• Drive inviting store environment with compliant visual displays.
• Support strategic planning to grow store presence and traffic.
• Address staff and customer issues with quick, effective solutions.
