Build-A-Bear Workshop is looking for a Chief Workshop Manager to lead store operations, drive guest experience, and manage a high-performing team. You will oversee scheduling, payroll, forecasting, inventory, and ensure brand standards are met while delivering financial results.

Requires at least 2 years of management in a customer-focused setting, strong leadership, and the ability to hire, coach, and develop staff while maintaining a safe, engaging workplace for Guests and Associates.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a customer‑centric business.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience using store technology solutions (POS, scheduling, HRIS, time and attendance).

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales and team performance by coaching staff and managing payroll, forecasting, and scheduling.
• Create weekly schedules and assign daily tasks with the Assistant Workshop Manager (AWM).
• Make hiring and promotion decisions with input from the AWM.
• Enforce policies, uphold brand standards, and escalate issues to HR as needed.
• Oversee inventory management and merchandising displays, and ensure store safety.
