Responsibilities

• Ensure wage/hour compliance and manage vendor and safety processes.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and customer engagement.
• Lead team meetings, provide feedback, and promote accountability and values.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Support succession planning and internal promotions for long‑term success.
• Maintain relationships with the community and promote brand initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, training, and audits.
• Travel for local store requirements and complete leadership training as needed.
