Royal Farms in Fredericksburg, VA seeks a Team Leader to oversee store operations on duty, lead the team, and partner with management to drive customer satisfaction, product availability, and safety. You will manage shift tasks, execute food service programs, and coach staff to meet standards.

The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma, strong communication and leadership skills, and prior food service or retail management. Certification in Food Safety is preferred.

Competenze

• Must have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Minimum 1 year of food service or retail management experience preferred.
• ANSI-approved Food Safety Manager Certification preferred.

• Ensure every customer receives outstanding service with a friendly environment and knowledgeable staff.
• Coach and support team members to deliver consistent service.
• Develop knowledge of products, promotions, and initiatives; educate staff accordingly.
• Oversee shift operations as Person in Charge when needed; coordinate team tasks in real time.
• Perform POS transactions, vendor check-in, and maintain cash control standards.
• Oversee and enforce safety and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Serve as a Certified Trainer by onboarding and training team members with feedback.
• Execute 24/7 food service and beverage programs with proper ordering and production planning.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
• Complete store side work and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Report maintenance issues and hazards promptly; ensure safe conditions.
• Demonstrate accountability and follow through on assignments.
• Follow all safety, security, and SOPs; uphold brand standards.
• Supervise all store employees in absence of a senior leader.
