Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and lead a retail team.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop associates and managers.
• Monitor store performance and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee adherence to safety, quality, and company policies.
• Lead regular team meetings and communicate priorities to staff.
• Ensure compliance with wage, hour laws and cash handling.
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
