Job summary

Royal Farms is seeking a full-time Store Manager to lead high-volume convenience store, retail, and restaurant operations. You will build and lead a team, drive performance, and deliver our renowned food service experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED required.
2+ years of experience in fast food or retail management with full operational accountability.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to utilize basic business math, accounting, computer skills.
Preferred: ANSI-approved Food Safety Manager Certification.
An associate’s degree or higher is a plus.
