Toys American brand Toys“R”Us in Rosedale Center, Saint Paul, MN seeks a Store Manager to lead a high‑energy team, delivering a memorable customer experience while achieving sales targets and building a culture of play.

You will develop talent, align with Merchandising and Home Office, and create an engaging store environment reflecting our Pillars of Play, while ensuring smooth operations and financial performance.

Qualifications

• BA, BS or Associate’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years retail store manager experience with sales focus.
• Strong leadership with innovation and curiosity.
• Knowledge in retail operations, sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention preferred.
• Experience in behavioral coaching, conflict management, training and development is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create an animated, appealing in-store environment and motivate the team.
• Coach team to anticipate customer needs and drive sales.
• Partner with visual merchandising for standards and marketing strategies.
• Recruit, hire, train and retain an Associate team capable of meeting sales targets.
• Deliver training and provide feedback; conduct mid-year and annual reviews.
• Plan and analyze business; establish strategic plans and KPI increases.
• Share learnings with Home Office; provide customer insights and product presentation feedback.
