Responsibilities

• Develop store culture with excitement, enthusiasm and product knowledge.
• Coach team to anticipate customer needs and drive sales.
• Partner with visual merchandising and marketing teams for execution.
• Recruit, train and retain a high-performing Associate team.
• Deliver training and feedback, conduct reviews, and build morale.
• Plan and analyze business KPIs and budgets.
