The ideal candidate has a BA/BS or an associate degree and at least 2 years of retail or hospitality leadership, with a track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA, BS or Associate’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in retail, hospitality, or event execution management.
• Proven experience as a store manager with sales focus.
• Strong leadership, coaching and customer service skills.
• Experience with training and development.
• Proficient computer skills; POS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create an animated, engaging store environment that excites customers.
• Lead the Associate team to meet sales targets and maintain a fun atmosphere.
• Partner with visual merchandising and marketing for standards.
• Deliver training and provide timely feedback; conduct reviews.
• Plan and analyze KPIs to drive sales and store performance.
• Ensure safety, loss prevention and budget adherence.
