Qualifications

• BA/BS or Associate’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in retail, hospitality or event management.
• Proven success as a retail store manager with a sales focus.
• Strong leadership, innovation and problem solving.
• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising and loss prevention.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS systems; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and lead a sales-focused team to deliver the ToysRUs experience.
• Develop a store culture of excitement and product knowledge.
• Coach staff to meet customer needs and create a fun store atmosphere.
• Partner with visual merchandising and execute marketing strategies.
