Job summary

Qualifications

• BA, BS or Associate’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years as a retail store manager with sales focus.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of merchandising, inventory control and customer service is preferred.
• Proficient in POS systems; budgeting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create an animated, appealing store environment that motivates the team.
• Build a customer-centric team through careful hiring, training and retention.
• Provide leadership by setting vision, giving feedback and conducting reviews.
• Plan and analyze KPIs, budgets and staffing to drive sales.
• Teach and share knowledge with the team and Home Office partners.
• Run a safe, profitable store while ensuring policy compliance and security.
