Toys“R”Us in Woodlands is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-energy team and deliver memorable customer experiences. You will drive daily operations, develop staff, and meet sales goals while coordinating with Merchandising, Promotions and Training teams.

The role requires a track record in store management, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to balance operations with team development. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

BA, BS or Associate’s degree required.
Minimum 2 years in retail, hospitality or event execution management.
Proven experience as a retail store manager with sales focus.
Strong leadership with ability to coach and develop associates.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; POS experience preferred.
Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute daily store operations, team development and achievement of sales targets.
Act as liaison between Customers and Home Office functions (Merchandising, Promotions, Events, Training, Finance).
Inspire a customer-centric store culture and maintain high energy and product knowledge.
Recruit, hire and retain an Associate team capable of delivering sales targets and a cheerful atmosphere.
