Qualifications

• BA, BS or Associate’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or event execution management.
• Proven successful experience as a retail store manager with a sales focus.
• Experience in coaching, training and development of staff.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and motivate the team with a clear vision of the customer experience.
• Coach team members to anticipate customer needs and create a fun store atmosphere.
• Build a strong partnership with visual merchandising and execute merchandising standards.
• Recruit, hire, train and retain an associate team to meet sales targets while maintaining a cheerful environment.
• Deliver training, feedback and performance reviews to staff and drive store KPIs.
