Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Retail environment experience, external candidates preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory management.
• Assist in inventory management, damages, markdowns, and scanning.
• Follow ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide customer service leadership and store operations support.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Participate in opening and closing store activities.
• Ensure cash handling and deposits comply with policy.
