The incumbent will help recruit, merchandise, handle cash controls, and ensure compliance with company policies while working toward strong customer service and store performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year retail experience preferred for external candidates.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising and stocking according to store manager direction.
• Help manage inventory, damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Follow ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide customer service leadership.
• Open/close store activities and cash handling procedures.
• Review operating statements for trends and opportunities.
