Responsibilities

• Lead brand culture, policies, procedures, and coaching for Associates
• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain talent with succession planning
• Partner with Design and Merchandising through PLC and seasonal looks
• Lead merchandising activities to support healthy turnover and gross margin
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and safety standards
• Communicate brand positioning and educate on lifestyle concepts
• Manage schedules to support business peaks and staffing needs
• Oversee visual merchandising updates and product placement per Brand guidelines
• Analyze reports to identify opportunities and elevate customer experience
• Control expenses through scheduling and financial discipline
