Job summary

You will recruit and develop a diverse team, maintain visual standards, manage scheduling and payroll, and partner with Design and Merchandising to present the brand consistently.

This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on safety, compliance, and driving performance.

Qualifications

• High School required; some college or bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of supervisory/management experience in retail.
• Proven ability to recruit, select, develop, and retain a full store team.
• Ability to foster inclusive, positive work environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Forecast and analyze business trends and manage payroll expenses.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, attracts, selects, hires, retains, and develops talent.
• Partners with Design and Merchandising leaders through PLC and season looks.
• Leads merchandising activities for healthy turnover and gross margin.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and laws.
• Maintains visual merchandising standards per Brand guidelines.
