Job summary

HOKAStore Manager opportunity at a Deckers Brands location in National Harbor seeks an experienced leader to recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team. You will drive brand education, deliver elevated customer service, and ensure inventory accuracy and operational excellence.

You will lead in-store events, monitor KPIs, and implement visual merchandising standards to promote the HOKA Brand. A strong track record in retail management and agile decision-making is required.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years minimum retail store management experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team and customers.
• Excellent leadership skills and experience managing people in a customer-facing environment.
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and cost management for a store of comparable volume and size.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate people, resources, and services in order to address business goals and needs.
• Fantastic problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges.
• Ability to be agile to meet the needs of the business, within and beyond the four walls of the store.
• Experience coordinating and hosting regular in-store and local events.
